ICBC Turkey completely renewed its mobile banking application in 2018. Even though UX was the key focus of the project team in every stage, we failed in some cases. We will not only talk about best practices but also the UX fails, which you may find interesting, that we have fixed afterwards. Who is Türker Tunbiş

He completed his undergraduate education on Economy and his graduate study on Business Administration. After working as a DJ and voice-over professionally for 5 years, he started to work in banking sector in 2001. During his banking career, he worked on various departments like call center, credit allocation, project management, digital channels management and took active role in merger&acquisition of 3 banks of which one is in Poland. He is a member of User Experience Professionals Association and The Interaction Design Foundation. He works on recycling projects at a small atelier at his house.
