Employee Experience (EX) Design

In our workshop, we will investigate Design Thinking methodology to remedy Employee Experience, Productivity and Engagement through digitalization. By using the Divergent Thinking and Convergent Thinking as cross methods, solution concepts will be created. The importance of benefiting from employee insights during the solution design will be highlighted.
Who is Merve Alev
Merve Alev is a graduate from TOBB ETU, Mathematics and Industrial Engineering. She started her career as a systems analyst in Arçelik. She has gained experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in the International Digital Transformation Projects. Currently she is working as a Business Analysis Consultant and Instructor at BA-Works. She is responsible for Strategy Analysis, Process Analysis, Agile Business Analysis and Outsourcing Services. She is also responsible IIBA International Business Analysis Trainings as an Instructor.
Who is Ceren Özbağcı
Ceren is a Sr. HR Specialist & EX Designer / Instructor from Keytorc/Uxservices/BA-Works. In addition to her current HR role, she loves rethinking about the future of HR and the rise of the Open Organizations, and also carries out researches and studies on Employee Experience Design. She holds a bachelor of arts degree from Yıldız Technical University in International Relations and Political Science. Ceren has working in technology companies for 8 years with HR transformist mindset.
