Who is Müge Çiğdem İşlek

Müge is Digital Customer Experience Manager at Akbank. She provides holistic insights sourced from direct customer researches, feedbacks and customer digital channel behavior for guiding design projects. Prior to her CX expertise, she worked as customer analytics manager in Akbank and Turk Telekom.
She combines her analytical skills with empathy, focuses on understanding customers’ pain points and expectations to drive seamless, personalized and dynamic digital experiences.
