Working with Cross-Functional Partners; How to Create a Culture of User-Centered Design
With all that goes on within every organization, whether large or small, it could be challenging to get cross-functional team members to take a minute to truly look into what the user needs are, and implement a process based around user-centered design. “It’s expensive”, “It’s time-consuming”, and “We need to prioritize other things first” are some of the phrases UX professionals often hear. However, with the right tools, a few things could be done to empower the voice of the user, and enable the transition into a user-centered design culture.
