Soojin Jeong

Soojin is a user research team manager supporting AI driven FB Products. She is a natural born user researcher and team builder with real-world experience in the most advanced and fast-moving technology categories. Soojin has wide-ranging research expertise across multiple industries including Metaverse, Human Centered AI, AR/VR, Digital Assistant, AI Commerce and Autonomous Driving. She is a deep strategic thinker about business problems, to identify emerging technologies and how people/companies can use them to solve real world user problems/needs. Her team’s mission is to understand people’s needs as inspiration for advancing AI preparing future of Metaverse. Before joining Facebook, Soojin worked at various tech companies (including Intel & Samsung) and multiple regions (US, Japan, Korea).
