UX in the Enterprise: Design and Deliver

UX Design has been radically popularized in recent years. It has been adopted as an internal capability in many enterprise organizations, and by most of the largest consultancies. Agile and Lean methodologies have had a major impact on the practices and approaches to design. With large scale adoption, are we delivering better experiences and products – are we doing the right thing in the right way? This talk will discuss learnings from applying various UX working methodologies within the enterprise on large scale projects from Australia, Europe, Turkey and the States.

Who is Benjamin Kappler

Experience Designer with over 18 years working with enterprise organizations on their biggest digital transformation, innovation and delivery projects including Apple in Cupertino, Ericsson in Australia, Barclays Bank in the UK and Hepsiburada in Turkey. A drop-out from a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design in 1996, Ben turned to electronic design and interactive multimedia in the early days, and worked on the earliest mobile-web portals in Australia with WAP and 2G platforms on non-touch devices.
