Contextualizing the Metaverse
Parcel is the destination for virtual real estate; a dynamic marketplace that offers users a better way to access land in the metaverse. Central to the development of the marketplace was making it easier and more intuitive to discover and identify land opportunities in virtual worlds like Decentraland and The Sandbox. In this session, ‘Contextualizing the Metaverse’, Ian and Dave will speak about the company’s work to aggregate virtual real estate listings, making the interface and world mapping more user-friendly, and how Parcel gave meaning to available plots with real-time valuation and pricing data. They’ll also highlight some developments currently being worked on by the team.
