Deepthi is a User Experience (UX) Researcher in the Oracle Design team. Her research focuses on understanding users, their needs, behaviors and pain points to uncover insights that influence great products. Deepthi holds a master’s degree in Human Factors and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Over the last 7 years, Deepthi has conducted UX Research for various Oracle products. She is currently focused on conducting research to support HCM (Human Capital Management) products in a collaborative effort with Design, Product and Strategy to design delightful employee experiences.
