We initiated Travel Assistant Project which is a solution to important customer insights by using analytics and real time capabilities and design a better travel experience by implementing insights in each touchpoint where they will be happy and feel cared.

Who is Demet Yarkın

Demet Yarkin is designing experience and strategy for different sectors more than 11 years by managing, Cultural Transformation Program Management, Contact Center Redesign and manage Omnichannel and Process designs management teams.
9 years on technologhy departments designing the customer oriented fixed and mobile product development and managing the CRM programs in different sectors. She has a 11 years daughter and married for 16 years.
She worked 10 years in Turkcell Group and 4,5 years in Vodafone and 4 years in Pension sector in Commercial Union and now she works for Pegasus Airlines as Head of Customer Experience and Insight Management which includes customer analytics, complaint management with contact center management and customer experience strategy and process management departments.
