Using Prototypes to Gather Insight

Communicating and testing an idea is one of the most challenging and valuable part of product design process. Prototyping is an integral part this process because it allows us to test our ideas quickly and improve them in an equally timely fashion. 

We will discuss 5W 1H questions of prototyping with real life examples in this session.

Who is Eda Takbak Şahin

Eda is User Experience Design Manager at Digiturk. She manages UX team which works on various digital products that serve different user groups from end users to dealers. Prior to this position she has worked in several positions at Digiturk such as UX/CX Designer of Set Top Box Based products, Online Channels Management, Marketing, CRM. 

Eda is working on improving User and Customer Experience in different aspects for more than 20 years, since she has joined Dışbank team to establish Telephone and Internet Banking. 

She graduated from İTÜ Management Engineering and believes in breaking bridges between technical and commercial teams is essential. Taking user insights and gathering around them increases collaboration between stakeholders.
