Speaker:

Hyper-Personalized User Experience Design

Hyper-personalization takes the personalization to the next level by leveraging advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and IoT enabled devices to deliver more relevant offers and experiences to each user. Hyper-personalization is more involved, complex, and useful than traditional personalization because it goes beyond basic user data. Using the vast amount of consumer data to create one-to-one relationships with users is helping to leverage omni-channel data to drive personalized customer experiences in real-time.

In this session, Gizem will talk about how companies should use their data to increase engagement and design hyper-personalized user experience through best practices from Hopi and all around the world.
