Frustration is Product Development
Whether you’re a product manager, designer or engineer, frustration is an ever present phenomenon inherent in innovating and working iteratively. There is, however, surprisingly little discussion about the frustrations and anxieties involved in developing products in fast paced environments, dealing with challenging stakeholders and wide ranging complexities.
By the end of this talk, you’ll have had a few cathartic moments, encountered some familiar scenarios and know how to better manage your frustrations as well as those of your colleagues.
