Sensemaking Practice: Redesign of EX
+ With Meltem Bayrak & Merve Adıgüzel + Language Turkish
In our workshop, we aim at the participants to review and define their experiences with the Catharsis method, then to redesign these experiences with Sensemaking practice.
We will observe how the decision-making processes in team work are improved by increasing individual awareness in design processes through an EX case study.
Who is Meltem Bayrak
Meltem, as an Architect and Designer, believes in the power of human oriented design, interpreted with business, psychology and philosophy. After graduating from Bilgi University Department of Architecture, she worked as an Architect for several years and experienced many scales or layers of design. Then, she expanded her career to strategy and experience design with her multidisciplinary approach and started working as a Strategic Designer at BA-Works. She also continues to take part in Experience Design projects with Explori.
Who is Merve Adıgüzel
Merve is interested in philosophy, psychology and art; so she likes to explore how our experiences and our behavior are affected by our subconscious.
She graduated from Marmara University and studied about Political Science and Public Administration. She has been working in the human resources processes of different companies for years. Currently, she works on HR and Employee Experiences for Explori / UXservices / BA-Works / Keytorc / Continium.
